Under Settings in the left menu, you can manage settings for the event that are not associated with a specific function.

In the Title field, enter the event name, which will appear at the top of the app's menu, and on the Event Selection Screen.

In the box under Title you can upload an image for the event, which is also displayed on the Event Selection Screen.

Welcome text is the text shown on the first page when you enter an event. This can typically be: "Welcome to the Spring kickoff!"

Event Icon: Add a picture that will represent the icon for the event.

Address information: Fill in the location of the event. If you click Display map in app, the location appears on the map in the app.

In Event Visibility, you can choose what visibility your event should have. Public event means that the event is visible to anyone who has the app. For a private event you can enter a code for the event. If you do, participants will need to enter this code to enter this event. Fill in Require Event when using the whitelistening feature – this allows you to control who can access the event. This requires the additional service My Information.

Department: This is an additional service to sort events in different departments. If you are an app administrator, you have to choose which department an event should belong to.

Under the heading Menu Items & Features there are a number of settings for the event (all settings might not be enabled for your app). You can easily choose to turn off the features you do not need for your event by clicking the buttons for each item.

Program - Enables the program feature in the app. The feature will be removed from the menu and admin if you disable it.

My Program - Enables the ability for participants to "star-mark" different program points and thus create their own schedule

Information - Enables the information feature of the app.

My Information - Enables the ability to upload personal information for all participants in the app. This requires the additional service My Information.

Dialogue - Enables the dialogue feature in the app. The feature will be removed from the menu and admin if you disable it.

Social Media - Enables the Social Media feature in the app. The feature will be removed from the menu if you disable it.

Enable Participant feature - Enables the participant feature in the app. The feature will be removed from the menu and admin if you disable it.

Notes - Enables the Social Notes feature in the app. The feature will be removed from the menu and admin if you disable it. (This feature only appears in the app, not in admin.)

Image Gallery - Enables the image gallery feature in the app. The feature will be removed from the menu and admin if you disable it.

Messaging - Enables the chat feature, allowing participants to chat with each other. To enable this feature, you need to select Participant add themselves or Mixed under Participants Mode.

Activity Feed – This feature allows participants to upload pictures and comment on each other's pictures.

Advertisement - Here you can add a variety of advertising banners. This is a picture that is displayed under programs, information, dialogues, social media, and participant items. You can also add a link to these pictures that links to a specific website when clicking on the image from your phone. If you add several different advertisements, they will rotate in your phone.
