Under Dialogue select Create New. In the Title field, type the question or the name of the question. This will be visible in the list of questions and at the top in the details view of the question.

Next, select between different types of messages that control what type of information you can add to the question. The different types are:

Information
This is a one-way message that can be used for reminders such as changes in the schedule, what time to go to the next shift and such. This is usually sent with a push notification to emphasize the message.

Single choice
This is a choice question where the user can only answer one of the provided response options (radio button).

Fill in a description under Description. To create different response options, start by filling in the first option and then select Create new option to create the next option.

Multiple choice
This is a question where the users can reply with multiple alternatives (check box).

Multiple response text
This is a question where the participants can reply with free text. In this option, a participant can send multiple responses, all of which are displayed and saved.

Single response text
This is a question where the users can reply with free text. If a user replies to the same question multiple times, the previous response is overwritten.

Pick correct answer
A poll type of question where you declare one answer as the correct one. Suitable for exam type of questions or competitions.

Rank options

This is a question where you can rank options by draging the options in to a desired order. Highest rank (Top) to lowest rank (Bottom).

Fill in a description under Description. To create different response options, start by filling in the first option and then select Create new option to create the next option.

The options will be displayed according to their rank (highest to lowest).
