Copy an event
Select the event you want to copy, press manage and select Duplicate Event.
Select the items you want to copy by checking in the respective boxes and select Next. Change the name of your event under Event Name, fill in the welcome text and choose whether it should be a public or private event. If you have access to Department then choose which department the event should belong to.
If you have chosen to copy program items, go to program, update the date and all program items will be updated in your event. Finish by pressing Save to save the event.
If you have a recurring event, always choose to copy the items. If you recycle an event and rename an existing one, there is a great risk of various problems occurring concerning old information.
